Weill Cornell Medicine is lucky to call New York City home for a number of reasons, but one is the wide range of the educational options available for our staff at local universities, businesses, and educational institutions. We offer tuition reimbursement for work-related courses or courses taken to meet the requirements of a work-related degree or certificate program (online or in-person). We also provide eligible employees over the age of 55 with a Career Life benefit, which provides tuition reimbursement for courses that assist with planning a second career or a hobby.
eCornell is a subsidiary of our parent university that provides online professional and executive development, with more than 20 award-winning online certificate programs in a wide variety of disciplines, including leadership and healthcare management, finance, marketing, project leadership, and systems design. Weill Cornell Medicine employees are eligible for special tuition rates for eCornell courses.
